Chris Kirby is General Counsel at PathAI. He has more than 20 years of legal and business management experience within the health care and life sciences sectors. Chris joined the company from Boston Children’s Hospital, where he served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Prior to Boston Children’s Hospital, he held leadership roles at Forma Therapeutics and Genzyme Corporation. Before joining Genzyme, Chris practiced at Ropes & Gray LLP, where he advised health care providers, private equity sponsors, biotech and other emerging technology companies on a broad range of corporate matters and financing transactions.
Chris holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D.. from The George Washington University Law School, and an M.P.H. from The George Washington University School of Public Health.
