Urine Pathogen Panel
For patients with recurrent or persistent urinary tract infections or culture-negative prostatitis.
Our Urine Pathogen Panel utilizes polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to detect 17 pathogenic bacteria and fungal species associated with infections of the urinary tract. We also provide antibiotic resistant gene detection, which detects up to 36 genes across 10 drug classes, as well as confirmatory culture and susceptibility to help guide antibiotic selection and assist with antimicrobial stewardship.

Minimally Invasive Tissue Collection Devices
PathAI Diagnostics’ specialty trained pathologists have extensive experience analyzing and interpreting biopsy specimens obtained by Histologics’ unique, minimally invasive cervical biopsy devices. The single-use brushes allow removal of the full-thickness of the squamous epithelium¹ ² ³ of the cervix with less bleeding while obtaining abundant histological samples adequate to diagnose all grades of dysplasia of the ectocervical squamous mucosa, or endocervical canal (LSIL, (CIN1), HSIL (CIN2, CIN3/CIS)).
