Murray Resnick is VP and the Chief of Pathology at PathAI. Murray oversees an internal and external network of hundreds of board certified pathologists. He oversees the development of diagnostic algorithms developed at PathAI and has played a key role in the NASH program. Before joining PathAI Murray served as the Director of Anatomical Pathology and Director of the Molecular Translational Research Core at Rhode Island Hospital. He held the role of Vice Chair and Professor of Pathology at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University. Murray is the author of over 170 scientific publications with a primary focus on biomarkers of gastrointestinal neoplastic and non-neoplastic disease. He serves on the editorial board of several leading pathology journals and is an Associate Editor of Laboratory Investigation and chaired the Publications Committee at USCAP. Murray received his MD/PhD from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, performed his residency and GI and liver fellowship training at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School and pediatric pathology fellowship at the Children’s Hospital in Boston.
