Description of Role: 

We're looking for a Lead Platform Module Product Manager to join our team and help develop and execute on PathAI’s product strategy. The Lead Product Manager will work closely with other product managers, product designers, engineers, pathologists, and scientists to accelerate the development of our clinical products.

 

This role offers the opportunity to lead the product strategy for a variety of shared product components that support all business units at PathAI. 

 

What you’ll do:

• Define and deliver shared functionality across all of PathAI’s product and service lines. 

• Understand and empathize with researchers, clinical trialists, laboratory staff and pathologists who seek to increase the accuracy and efficiency of their work through digital and AI powered pathology
• Lead a team of 3-5 product managers to deliver on highest priority features and products

• Champion new product development to support rapid, high quality platform components and modules
• Support product development from early stage research to practice changing medical devices 
• Partner with regulatory and quality teams to define process for scalable building reusable product modules in a regulated environment
• Partner cross functionally with product designers, engineers, and scientists to drive implementation of your solutions

 

What you’ll need: 

• 5-7 years software product management experience
• Experience delivering modular platform components
• Understanding of software architecture and healthcare regulations applicable to software products
• Lab, diagnostics, or pathology experience preferred 
• Desire to work in a fast paced startup environment 
• Ability to align a diverse set of cross functional stakeholders to drive initiatives forward
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with machine learning products preferred, but not required
