Immunohistochemistry (IHC) · Urology
Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is a 33 kDa protein belonging to the kallikrein family of proteases. It is primarily produced by the prostatic epithelium and the epithelial lining of the periurethal glands. PSA is strongly expressed in both normal and neoplastic prostatic tissue. This antibody is useful for the identification of human prostate-specific antigen.
