Jeffrey J. Roux, MD

Dr. Roux joined Women’s Health Laboratories after 12 years of private practice in the Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare system in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Roux earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He then completed residency training in anatomic and clinical pathology at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Following residency, he completed a fellowship in cytopathology, also at Wake Forest. Dr. Roux has special interest in gynecologic pathology and cytopathology (including fine needle aspiration). He has worked in close affiliation with gynecologic oncologists over the years, providing consults and presenting at gynecologic tumor boards. Dr. Roux is certified by the American Board of Pathology and is a Fellow of the College of American Pathologists.
